Lead Organizer | Job Description – Applications due by April 22, 2020.
The Juntos Lead Organizer will serve our community’s human rights and immigration campaigns through the leadership development of Juntos’ community members, the support and expansion of our broad-based coalition work, and the development and execution of campaigns on a local and national level. The core of the Lead Organizer’s work will center around criminalization and immigration issues and, over the next few months, highlighting how these issues are compounded by the current Coronavirus pandemic. A qualified applicant will have three to six years experience in organizing and social justice campaign work, a critical understanding of the crimmigration system and its impact, as well as strong local ties.

Community Liason | Job Description – Applications due by April 22, 2020.
The Juntos Community Liaison will manage key communications and organizational social media presence and identify key areas of need and critical relief for our community, while also leveraging resources, community partnerships, and relationships to ensure the well-being and health of our community. Key priorities for this position include managing casework, leading all public-facing communications on behalf of the organization in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, attending community leadership development meetings, and ensuring our human rights and immigration campaigns are informed by community need and experience. A qualified applicant will have strong local ties, a demonstrated understanding of social media and communications, and willingness to build relationships with community members and coalition partners.
